    On Aug.24 19:30:56 (RA 17:55 dec.+35.0 according to prediction)
    I saw a -2 flash from #22823 SPOT 3, followed a few seconds later
by a +1m. No more 1-power flashes. Please report times (positions)
    to me !

Earlier, on a 44 deg.E pass at 19:7 by USA 129, I saw five (or six)
    flashes near culmination. Approximate lap times 10, 9, 3, 8, (11)
(order also approximate - I didn't have time to grab the stopwatch)
Magnitudes -2 to -5 or so. Sun was at -6.5 degrees.

I have seen no pattern to the excessive flashing, except on my
second report, where the last half of the pass had a period of 25 sec.,
with secondaries 14-15 sec after the primaries.
