Observed the upper stage from yesterdays Delta III launch
at 10:19:48.7 UT on 24 Aug 2000 at RA 22:05.6, DEC +4:59
(J2000).  Range 15146 km,  mag 10.2 steady.  This is a 
standard magnitude of 5.0   Object #26476 (000 48B)
