I derived the following elements using observations by myself and Paul Gabriel,
from 21 to 23 August UTC:

Lacrosse 4      18.0  4.5  0.0  3.6 v
1 26473U 00047A   00236.41090278  .00001822  00000-0  36649-3 0    02
2 26473  68.0596  24.6939 0009894 135.2950 224.8720 14.61479729    01

I allowed Elcor to update each one of the elements. Mean residuals are 1 arc
min.

The inclination is bit higher than I expected, but thus far, it seems real.
