Dear Fellow Observers/Analysts At dusk last night the sky was more or less covered with thin cirrostratus from a depression to the SW of England, and scattered low cloud as well, but the sky improved pretty quickly. Here are my more interesting positional observations. 95-66A, USA 116, is running like clockwork. I have calculated an orbit fitting all observations betwen August 15 and 23 well within the claimed accuracy of each observation, and the inclination is determined to +/-0.0055 degrees although all the observations were made between 51 and 56 degrees north.
