Report time 16:45 UTC
1991-046E (#21538) Gorizont 23 AUXILIARY MOTOR
SpaceCom shows in its FINAL REPORT - prepared Aug 22, 08:45 UTC, but released
some hours later - the decay on
22 August, 07:35 UTC +/- 02 hours (16.2°N, 119.8°N)
on a northbound pass over the Philippines.
This is in good agreement with my preceding prediction, but caused by an input
error (REENTRY program), the "impact" position was wrong. Now the correct
coordinates: 22 August, 07:37.0 UTC +/- 11 minutes (21.96°N, 125.62°E)
on the same pass over the Pacifiv NE of the Philippines.
