Thanks to Rob Matson for pointing out that "Gorizont 32" should be
Gorizont 23. My Decay Watch page at

has been corrected and updated. The decay is now likely to occur on the
orbit that takes it SW of Los Angeles at 07:59 UTC (00:59 PDT), though
both SpaceCom and I put the event further east over the NW Pacific.

SatEvo: Aug 22 07:44 +-90m 42.9 N 152.3 E
