    Hello,

    This evening(August 21) I observed a satellite which I couldn't identify yet.

    The positions are very rough:
The satellite was first observed comming out of Capricornus and moving
through Equuleus(close to Epsilon Peg) and then moving further in the
    direction of approximately Pi Peg.

Time of passage, close to Epsilon Peg, was 20:21:57 UTC.
The satellite had a brightness of about magnitude +5 and was flashing with
+- 0.5s. It was moving fast, maybe at a height of 400km.

    I checked various tle-files but couldn't find a candidate.

    Observing place was Bruges.

    Greetings,
