I derived the following elements from observations by myself and Paul Gabriel,
from 20 to 21 August UTC:

Lacrosse 4      18.0  4.5  0.0  3.6 v
1 26473U 00047A   00234.42621528  .00001000  00000-0  18727-3 0    04
2 26473  68.0033  29.7984 0016693 221.1323 138.8721 14.64630147    08

Mean residuals are about 1 arc min.

I allowed Elcor to update all but the inclination and the rate of decay.

I believe that we are rapidly converging toward the actual orbit elements.
