recent titan launch

    reference recent "standardization" comments,
    some posts refer to recent Titan launch sat as Lacrosse 4
    while Daniel referred to it as USA 152 apparently from
    OIG, unless I misunderstood his post.  is this perhaps
    a Lacrosse-type sat named designated USA 152, if there
    is a general Lacrosse type?  maybe if this sat is classified
    then we do not get an "official" designation and we can name
    it anything we want, but it would be helpful if we all used 
    the same name... right ? (or am I misunderstanding the 
    recent posts?)
