G for no moon before 0300ut
NOSS 2-1, 11 days old, points may need "help" as I never tried for different
sats so close, which one is which? & I only saw 2 of the 3, and they seemed very
nearly in the same trak -- and the timings seemed good for as noted above, however
the first sat was clearly at least 0.02 deg off predicted trak, while the
next sat seemed closer to its predicted trak but a little higher. the timings seemed
to match pretty close C & D, and C (if it was C) although high, did not seem so high
or off trak to be confused with outlier. but since I only saw two... ???

also had an unknown (to me) flyby S to N approx 090+60el at 02:03:40 ut mag ~+2.0
I checked findsat and did not find a clear match.

looks like we have a Titan 4B R/B pass 19 aug ~05:55 CDT SW +23el, based on OIG 2d elset, 231.101.
