NRO mission patch hints at Lacrosse payload on VAFB Titan IV launch

    The mission patch depicts a couple of quasi 60 degree inclination orbital
    planes at slightly different inclinations, ala Lacrosse 2's 68 deg inclination,
    and Lacrosse 3's 57 deg inclination:

    One possible interpretation is that NRO intends to operate one spacecraft in
    both inclinations, contrary to my prediction that they would operate two 57 deg
    sats. I'm sticking with my prediction.
