    Mark Harris reported seeing #25861 NOT flashing on Aug 10 and 11, or only at
    a part of the pass.

    As Tristan and Bjoern have already explained this is a normal behavior when
    viewing the sat with the sun and rotation axes in a particular way.
    I've observed the same on Aug 11, as already reported on Seesat-L.
    Below is part of my obs report for Aug 11:
    99- 39 B 00-08-11 21:07:15   LB  272.6 0.5  37  7.37  AA,3->7 -> FF, 4->i
    From south to culmination in the west the sat was almost S; then it showed
    measurable flashes and in the north it flashed sharply.

    Greetings and clear, dark skies
