    Yesterday evening(August 11) I observed Kosmos 955(1977-91A/10362). I was
surprised to see it flashing with long period. More than one A'A' type,
mag +2 flash was seen in the North.
Although recent observations from Russell Eberst suggest that the object
was not flashing I would encourage to start observing it. Maybe it has
    begun flashing.
Also be aware that this is a decaying object of which reentry is presumed
to take place somewhere in mid-September.
