USA 102 Correction

    Upon further study, i did not observe USA 102 #23031 94017B the previous
    night as a timing error on my part had put the positioning of the ref star
    Deneb lower than it really was. The object instead was Spot 4 r #25261
    98017B as Mike McCants had pointed out, as well as the correct positioning
    of Deneb. Thanks Mike. I had another predicted pass of USA 102 this evening
    but other than a glint from Iridium 62, a pass by Okean 2 r #20511 and a
    couple of Perseids, nothing was seen in that part of sky. Sorry for any
    inconvience.
