I have updated the following elements, using observations by myself, David
Brierley, Russell Eberst and Paul Gabriel, from 29 July to 05 Aug UTC:

    USA 116 15.0 3.0 0.0 5.1 v
    1 23728U 95066A 00217.99062500 .00015819 00000-0 35934-3 0 03
    2 23728 97.8840 328.1629 0447931 33.0258 329.8106 14.78498595 09

    USA 129 15.0 3.0 0.0 5.1 v
    1 24680U 96072A 00218.10051505 .00028539 00000-0 42061-3 0 08
    2 24680 97.8784 280.0086 0492040 181.5963 178.3710 14.78584045 04

Mean residuals of both element sets are about 1 arc min; however, the USA 116
elements are based on few points, so may not be quite as accurate as implied by
the residuals, especially the mean motion and rate of decay.

I observed the following points last night:

    24680 96 072A 2701 E 20000805023649660 17 25 1802408+193487 28 S
    24680 96 072A 2701 E 20000805024247140 17 25 0807835+551755 97 S

Here is a previously unreported point from the previous night:

    24680 96 072A 2701 F 20000804021603810 17 25 1949795+442146 18 S
