Last night om 8/1/2000 I was looking at Vega and spotted sattelite
slowly moving North at 22:24 EDT. I had on no glasses but it was bright
enuogh for me to follow for a few minutes.
I am new at this and previously have only had visual on Mir. Tonight I
checked Nasa's J-Pass tracking site and at that time Cosmos 389 was indeed
passing here at tht time in that direction. Is this sat. normally that
visible? It was only clear skys overhead otherwise cloudy.
