I came across this on the oig site.
If it has decayed, then what sat are they tracking?

I have a crazy idea, how about on the vsohp web site we have section that has a list of satellite
observers and there location, ie place name, lat and long. This would be for members of seesat-L
and anyone else who watches satellites.
