I searched for the decaying 1999-044B (#25890) SOYUZ RB on two "visible"
passes 5-6 degrees above the northern horizon at 22:07 and 23:37 local
daylight saving time, and a shadow pass 23:06 UT when the odds were high
it would glow over the Baltic Sea - it did not :-(>
