Hi all,

Just a reminder that SeeSat-L is for visual satellite observing. The past
few weeks we've seen a more than average number of off-topic posts on such
widely ranging topics such as lunar occultations, the financial fate of
space industry companies, meteor showers, and so on.

Please help to keep the list focused. Messages about space news are only
OK in as far as they are directly related to visual satellite observing.
If they are peripherically on-topic, just post a message with a link to
the story. Do not quote the whole story unless it's really on-topic.

Also, please avoid excessive quoting, one-liners, private messages,
bickering, and so on. The list has over 600 subscribers, so please think
twice about on-topicness before sending your messages.

If you want to unsubscribe, send a message with the word "unsubscribe" in
the SUBJECT to SeeSat-L-request@lists.satellite.eu.org

Cheers,
      Bart, SeeSat-L administrator
