1999-004E (#25625) SOYUZ RB

SpaceCom has updated its prediction - prepared Aug 15, 15:53 UTC :  
                     August 16, 15:53 UTC +/- 14 hours (48.9°N, 231.6°E)
This is on an nothbound pass near Vancouver Islands.
With the last released ELSET 99227.671... MPM shows now a decay at
                     August 16, 15:32 UTC +/- 90 minutes (09.9°S, 166.7°E)
on the same pass.
The alert for the westcoast observers at my preceding message must be adjusted
by -45 seconds !!
