There is another update to my Decay Watch page at

      http://www.wingar.demon.co.uk/satevo/dkwatch/

with my latest prediction for the decay of #25625, the Globalstar 36
Soyuz rocket tomorrow, August 16, at 15:41 UTC +-5h. This prediction is
very close to what it was nine days ago, and near SpaceCom's current
estimate. Both of us predict re-entry on a northbound pass from the
central Pacific towards Vancouver, Canada, which it would reach at 15:51
UTC if still in orbit (SpaceCom has it reaching sea-level just short of
Vancouver). The orbit continues across Canada to Quebec at 15:58.
