Under much clearer skies, no clouds or Aurora haze, this was the only
non-routine obs:

Globlstar 22 r #25653 99012E passed approx 15 deg below (South) Altair at
04:32:45 14 Aug UTC +/- 2 sec. Az 157 deg El 30 deg. Mag 2. Predicted peak
was for 04:31:28 UTC at Az 154 deg El 30 deg. Mag 3.9.
