JERS 1 Triple Flare & Ir 27 Vis Pass

JERS 1 #21867 92007A flared 3 times once more after several nights of just
single or double flares:  

#1 - 04:43:06 4 Aug UTC +/- 1 sec. Az 86 deg El 27 deg. Mag 1. 
#2 - 04:44:20 4 Aug UTC +/- 1 sec. Az 50 deg El 29 deg. Mag 2. 
#3 - 04:45:09 4 Aug UTC +/- 1 sec. Az 30 deg El 25 deg. Mag 2.

Duration of the flares ranged between 5 - 10 seconds approx with the first
one being the longest. 

Despite a very bright, and impressive display of the Northern Lights, i
observed Iridium 27 #24947 97051D make a visible pass. In between the
flashes, it was visible at 1x, mag est 3.9 at 06:06 4 Aug UTC. Az 84 deg El
67 deg. Just some dull flashes were seen until it started the Southern
portion of it's track and then flashes up to -4 were observed. This was the
3rd night in a row IR 27 made a visible pass. 

All other objects were routine passes.
