Hi all,

Tracked Iridium 27 tum for about 3 minutes 8/28 from 01:46:30 to
:49:15. Using good 10x 40's, hardly any flashing, they appeared to be
more like small changes/fluctuations in mag mostly around 2.3 to 3.5,
with only two notable flashes of 1+ at 01:46:41 and 01:47:38. There was
higher humidity on the previous nights around 63% and less last night at
45%, aeronautical visibility was 15 mi. as opposed to 8 the previous
nights where the flashes seemed brighter. Is humidity a major factor in
magnitude?

Iridium around mag 4 and no notable flashes on a short observation.

Other obs with no major variation in prediction included Meteor 2-14,
Cosmos 1150 Rk,
Meteor 2-3, Geos 3 Rk, Meteor 1-2 Rk, Cosmos 1943.

It's partly cloudy tonight so I may not be able to try out my new
"lighted" stopwatch and extended SW antenna.

Clear skies
