OIG has made another misidentification. The OIG website lists two
entries for "ETS-7 TARGET"...

ETS-7 TARGET
1 25424U 97074E 98221.64639919 .00034061 00000-0 21839-2 0 61
2 25424 34.9700 280.7239 0000690 323.6842 36.4048 15.07581171 322
ETS-7 TARGET <- Wrong
1 25425U 94029ADR 98221.51526776 .00129011 00000-0 25608-1 0 46
2 25425 81.5851 252.6814 0477568 60.0260 304.6250 14.08331559 41281

The first one, 25424, is correct. The second one is yet another
Pegasus debris object, to add to the approximately 360 other
objects in ALLDAT.TLE with 94029xxx designations. This time the
misnaming is likely a clerical error, since the orbits are so divergent
I don't see how the radars could have possibly confused the two.

I'm curious if anyone knows if the re-docking was accomplished. The
NASDA press release website hasn't been updated in a few days. Skymap
shows about .3 degrees of separation between the two. I've been
unable to see them due to consistent morning coastal stratus.
