The Vandenberg Delta launch will now launch five Iridiums, instead of =
the
originally planned three, and will deploy them into plane six, the
plane originally to be used by the Long March. The Vandenberg launch
is scheduled for late summer.

given. I doubt it has anything to do with recent announcement
of failure of SV 44 in Plane 6 (and also SV 71 in Plane 2).

AOP and MA (300.8800 22.5380) indicate that it is near the injection
latitude at the Epoch time, and the RAAN (26.8760) is near plane 6
like Iridium 20, and SkyMap prediction gives the culmination above
the injection point within 2 seconds and 1 degree from zenith.
