Delta 2 / ACE launch scrubbed

The Delta 2 / ACE launch was scrubbed today because of (you'll love this),
shrimp boats that were in the solid rocket booster impact zone!  The
Coast Guard sent a helicopter to clear them out, but one of the boats
didn't respond.  Grrr... How many hundreds of thousands of dollars has
that idiot captain (Forrest Gump?) cost the taxpayers?  If I had my way,
I'd confiscate the boat and auction it off.

Next launch window extends 25 minutes, beginning Monday, 10:39am EST
