This is an updated post of a previous submission that apparently never made it
to Seesat-L. The Hubble Space Telescope (Norad #20580) is still predicted to
have a very close encounter with STEP 2 Pegasus Debris LE (Norad #24231) early
Saturday morning, August 16th at 0:43:22.45 UTC, at a minimum range of 1.1 km
(about 3600 feet!) The Pegasus debris will be a little over 1 km above Hubble
at the time of closest approach -- in other words, most of their separation is
vertical. --Rob
