The latest elsets from OIG for the decaying Soyuz rocket and the
associated C object are:

These are respectively 32 and 29 seconds early as compared with the
SatEvo predictions I posted yesterday.
The rocket, 97- 38 B, is now predicted to decay around August 8.6.
Here are some predicted elsets:
Soyuz TM-26 r 183 x 166 km

I suspect the "debris" object, 97- 38 C, has decayed already at about
August 7.69. My final predicted elset is:
Soyuz TM-26 deb 154 x 139 km
1 24888U 97038C 97219.67445418 .71602905 60047+1 11754-2 0 90148

I post the latest OIG elsets for all decayers, other selected objects
and new launches (including STS-85), on my SatEvo WWW page (URL below)
every three hours.
