No need to apologize---we can all learn from questions.

One program that comes close is SatSpy V2.0 Windows program (it doesn't plot 
in real time).

Another is Alphonse Pouplier's DOS program "Mir", also found at the same 
page.
This program does operate in real time.

I'm sure there are others I'm not familiar with.
