announced that there is a collision avoidance concern between Discovery and
Soyuz TM-26 if Discovery launches on time. I haven't had time to check it
out yet but the close approach supposidly occurs between 14:53-14:55 UTC,
shortly after launch.
Here are the latest elsets from OIG and the predicted element for Discovery
for launch at 14:41 UTC, Aug 7.
