OIG has released two further elsets for the decaying Cosmos 2342 SL-6
rocket:

These show it 2.0  and 3.7 seconds early with respect to my "9174"
evolution, posted earlier this (UK) evening. My new estimate for decay
is August 7.84 (about 20:10 UTC) but the uncertainty is still a couple
of orbits.
