The files used by most SeeSat-ters and VSOs are on the WWW.
You'll find JPL's FTP Site , Mike McCants' Web in the VSOHP page
http://www2.plasma.mpe-garching.mpg.de/sat/tletools.htm
and you can add the links to you bookmark file if you prefer.
