Last night I was able to see OrbView-2 and its Pegasus rocket at about
30 degrees elevation in the W.
At 22:15:07.1 UTC Aug.05 , RA 16.931, dec.+13.70 the magnitude +7.5
object appeared, followed 52.8 seconds later, slightly higher, by a
brighter object, +5.0.

Time and position were according to predictions, with the leading, faint
object as #24884 97-37B, 53 seconds later #24883 97-37A.

At 05:00 UT, OIG elsets show no maneuvre yet.

I also saw Mir, brilliant before shadow entry, though it never goes
higher than 21 degrees at my latitude, and observed USA 86 and 116:
