I'm wondering what your program does (or plans to do) with the location
information in the Setup information window. It's not part of the PPAS
official format. Just anticipating a DRAINP.EXE ? :-)

I'm not sure if it's possible or useful, but SatFlash users may find it
useful to have a default extension of '.OBS'. [Try out SatFlash sometime,
Jim, and you'll see what I mean]

Let me see. I guess it would me more comfortable for people
if the first two lines were fit into one (PPAS-style date, time and name of
satellite).
What would the DRA observers think about this (new) format:
82- 40 J 95-01-29 01:52:55.55 BDP -30.3138 -97.8661 1234 45
COSPAR DATE TIME 1ST OBS LATITUDE LONGIT. HEIGHT NUMBER OF TIMINGS
FLASH ER
VER
where negative longitudes are west of Greenwich, height is in meter.
The rest of the format is the same, i.e.:
0.00 0
18.09 1
37.51 2
56.43 3
74.77 4
92.55 5
112.45 6
131.68 7
149.52 8
169.10 9
186.97 10
Let me know what you think, observers!
