I created two fictitious elset to find out where Interbol 2 could be seen.
(There were no perigee arguments, or orbit insertion times in the Stu
Huston mail, and I didn't succeed in connecting to
http://www.iki.rssi.ru/interball.html yet)
It should have morning visibility in the northern hemisphere - if
AOP is 30 -90 degrees it would be over a small latitude range,
in my first elset over a large area.
The intended RAAN requires a launch around 05:30 UT, if apex is
to be over Plesetsk. The second orbit assumes a direkt insertion
into the HEO, the first one a perigee kick near South America.
Here is my guesswork:
