The Allen Thomson report that debris hit an extended boom agrees with
the elsets showing no velocity change on July 24. The gradual (?)
change seen July 27-29 in my charts at
http://www.algonet.se/~b_gimle/gif/23606.gif could be when the
French stopped the spin caused by the hit.
Mike McCants has offered to search for elsets closer to 960724 in
his alldat.zip files.
