It seems I got the OIG database after today's update, so I didn't
get as old elsets as I hoped for the July Ariane debris incident -
anyway they seem to be updated once a day, so I wouldn't have
reached very far back anyway.
The Pegasus debris is now up to 94-29 MW, #24271 !
