After Mike M. timed 89-53C (NORAD 20229) for some cycles, he handed
his stopwatch to me. It must be an easy one, because my results came
out in substantial agreement with his! (He could tell you about the
cases in which my splits appear to be totally random! Or clicked
"stop" instead of "split" ... or clicked splits while having failed
to start the stopwatch....)

The observation was at 3:17 UT, 5 August 1996 (location, 30.315 north,
97.866 west). Six cycles, 135.6 seconds (+/- 2 seconds) = 22.6 seconds
per rotation period.

I forgot to note the magnitude variations.
