TS Kelso has the old Celestial.BBS set up at a new web site provided by
Satellite Times Magazine. Now that I'm getting over an operation, I'll be
updating the VISUAL.TLE list of bright naked eye satellites that is posted on
the Celestial web site.
If you want something added to VISUAL, or if you think something should be
deleted from the list, send me your supporting observations.

The only basis for being on VISUAL is for a satellite to generally reach
mag 3.8.

The purpose of VISUAL.TLE is to provide a 1 stop location for elements of
approximately 132 satellites that can be seen by most observers without any
optical aid.
