CA is Computer Associates, Realizer is a development package for programs
(under Windows 3, as I hinted above), better than Visual Basic 1-2, 
possibly in some respects than 3-4.

I'm sorry I forgot to mention Spacewarn, and I would like to add the
OIG weekly and montly reports. In other mails I mentioned that it should
keep 'facts' and preferences about satellites separate from the elset base,
like Mike McCant's quicksat.mag.
