Luch 1 rk to decay over the US ?

The Luch rocket could still be in orbit, and make its final sunlit
evening appearances over Lake Superior at about 01:52 UT, and over
Oregon-Montana around 03:24, decaying on its way to the SE over USA,
or up to an hour later.

Note that the elset below is quite recent, only a few hours old when I got 
it from OIG ! The next numbered elset, no.313, seems more probable in terms of
perigee, but SGP4 predictions from the no.312 elset agrees better with
integration results.
