Lights and fires in Southeastern Canada

I follow Bjorn's list of decaying satellites on my program and based
on orbital position for the time referenced (04:38 UTC, Aug 25) two
*likely* candidates for reentry over southeastern Canada would be
23643 and 23644, both are rocket debris from the recent Molniya 347
launch.  23644 would be the more likely candidate as it showed a
perigee of only 152 km.
