The latest Mir elset (in tle.new) as of 1611 UTC, 21 Aug is number 202
with epoch 95226.74272345. This is about 7 days old - the connection to
afit from here has been shakey recently; several mirrorings have failed.
What is needed is more intelligent mirroring software (just using simple
scripts at the moment - if anyone knows of suitable packages for unix
boxes let me know).

In general use any tle set which has the most recent epoch.
