Decaying transfer stages.

The following two Russian rockets are decaying very rapidly - both
are visible in the evenings from US and southern European latitudes.
You should try to get Friday's elsets before observing - Thursday's
ndot2 for Express affects predictions by about -15 +/-5 on THURSDAY
evening, -2 +/- 0.5 hours on FRIDAY ...... ! 
You will need to find it each day until decay not too lose it. 
It may decay Saturday evening.

Express will pass Northern apex, sunset terminator, shadow ingress,
and perigee in rapid succession, and will probably decay near perigee
at 30 deg.N during the weekend :
