Definitely a missile test of some sort, not a space launch: there is a
corresponding NavWarning for Kwajalein in the Marshall Islands:

280301Z APR 22
HYDROPAC 1148/22(81).
NORTH PACIFIC.
MARSHALL ISLANDS.
DNC 12.
1. HAZARDOUS OPERATIONS 1000Z TO 1500Z DAILY
03 THRU 06 MAY IN AREA BOUND BY
    09-09N 167-31E, 09-18N 167-34E,
    09-35N 167-47E, 09-44N 168-12E,
    09-28N 168-12E, 09-12N 168-04E,
    09-06N 167-35E.
2. CANCEL THIS MSG 061600Z MAY 22.

The pattern of hazard areas is unlike typical tests from Vandenberg and I have
not been able yet to find a corresponding NavWarning for the Vandenberg area. So
this does not appear to be a Minuteman test.

Distance between area A in the NavWarning that John forwarded and the Kwajalein
area from the above NavWarning is 4000 km. That is a bit short for a Trident
SLBM test, so no idea what this is.
