EU SST has warned of a possible collision risk today (9 Apr 2021) between two
objects in LEO:

It concerns defunct satellite OPS 6182 (1978-042A) and a Russian Soyuz rb
(1981-041B). They will pass each other less than 10 meters, according to EU SST,
with a 1 in 5 chance of collision.

Encounter is at 17:18:21 UT (9 Apr) over NE Siberia at 790 km altitude, and
almost head-on.
