Several reports here which correspond to probable re-entry on a pass
over New Zealand within the decay window of 11745 1980-019G EP 3

https://www.weatherwatch.co.nz/content/meteors-your-eyewitness-reports-nz-around-world

I have posted to the site advising the probable identification, the
post is awaiting moderation.

This site gives some useful background:
http://www.satobs.org/noss.html but I considered it was best just to
simplify it in my post to the weatherwatch page by describing it as
an old US military satellite.

Unfortunately I was not observing at the time, I should have been!
