Note: With a bit of good fortune, I think I have found 82-41C.
Whilst preparing to undertake a search from -7 minutes to +3 minutes,
I spotted an unknown and made one position measurement, at 22.43 U.T.
No immediate identification, but I realised that it could be 82-41C running
about 10 minutes early. Checking Mike's orbit from last autumn, I noted it
had zero drag term. On increasing this to .00000253, I got a good fit to my
unknown. So my revised orbit (based on Mike's) is:

82-41C
1 13172U 82041C   19263.06180009 0.00000253  00000-0  00000-0 0 07
2 13172  95.9918 206.0921 0005164  48.3166 311.6609 14.89562829 01

Good hunting - I hope you can confirm my theory.

Total Observations (2020)   1020
