I concur with Marco's observations. Easily naked eye, clearly
elongated and very fast due to the low orbit. The 4 flashing objects
were also seen, which must be the deployment rods. Given how far they
were away from the elongated blob, they must be deployed with quite
some force.

The elongated blob could not be split into individual components,
which suggests the upper stage was still nearby.
